The owner of Phila Optical needed us to execute on her complex ideas that were at once loyal to the global influence of the eyewear lines she carried and also grounded in the local Roncesvalles neighbourhood in Toronto where her shop is located. We were asked to work within the parameters of her pre-established brand identity to create new promotional materials that would reflect the natural tones and materials used in her designer eyewear. We created a whimsical approach with an earthy four-colour palette that reflected the owner’s creative vision.
